quantilope introduces a new corporate design

More modern, agile, and dynamic: quantilope is getting a fresh new corporate design. The new appearance emphasizes the focus on empowering insight managers to embrace agile workflows by improving the speed and substance of market research for their businesses. 

Hamburg/New York, 2019, August 28   quantilope is excited to introduce a brand new appearance, completing a comprehensive design relaunch. The new brand identity follows quantilope’s strategic positioning as an international, agile technology company. 

The new design generates a fresh modern feel with geometrical shapes, fresh colors, a new typography, all of which emphasize variety and efficiency. “The new brand identity is the logical result of our international corporate strategy, sharpening our profile as a pioneer in the area of Agile Insights and the future of market research. The new logo underscores our strengths: quick learning for continuous optimization, great dynamism, excellent quality, empowerment, and agility in insights management,” says Dr. Peter Aschmoneit, CEO and co-founder of the international software company.

New Logo
The new logo is based on an agile loop, reinforcing the image of a technology platform for agile work. quantilope bids farewell to the analysis donut and strengthens its strategic position as an end-to-end platform for automated market research with an emphasis on speed, substance, and empowerment. quantilope’s Agile Insights platform maps the entire market research process from the research question to the questionnaire design, professional panel management, in-depth analysis, and data visualization.

New Typography
quantilope’s new design uses the pan-European Cera font family. The font is influenced by geometry, combining elegance and warmth to create a modern feel. The straight, sans-serif font shape emphasizes clarity and efficiency, well-suited for international use in multiple languages. The Cera typography harmonizes with standard fonts such as Arial and Calibri.

“The new font is suited for optimal screen display, working equally well with documents and designs. The font’s geometric foundation merges the logotype’s image and text to form an even more cohesive unit, which was important to us,” Peter Aschmoneit explains.

New, Fresh Colors
The primary corporate colors remain: dark grey/anthracite combined with white. The spot color palette has been expanded with brighter, fresher colors including warm yellow, bright red, and clear mint.

“The new supplementary colors are intended to enhance our values visually, providing more orientation and complementing the clear grey-white with freshness, variety, and warmth,” Peter Aschmoneit says.

Warm yellow: embodies optimism, pride, a positive attitude, and fun
Bright red: emphasizes strength
Clear blue: stands for responsibility, change, and concentration
Green/mint: symbolizes commitment
Turquoise: stands for communication, self-confidence, and honesty

Imagery
quantilope’s new imagery continues to focus on people and largely depicts the company’s own personnel. The goal is to visually communicate proximity, human warmth, and security. “It is important to us to always show that behind our software, a technical product, there are real people. This is as true of software development by industry experts as for support in customer service and chats on our website,” says Peter Aschmoneit.

quantilope developed its new design according to agile research principles. “We performed two market studies on the effect of the new design’s shape and color. The studies were iterative, each building on the last. The results were incorporated directly into development. Of course we use the agile market research we stand for in our development,” says Peter Aschmoneit.

The new look will be introduced in an incremental roll-out. All directly visible elements such as the corporate website, the Agile Insights platform, and booths at exhibitions and appearances at conferences will immediately use the new branding. “This is another important milestone on the path to becoming a global Agile Insights platform,” concludes Peter Aschmoneit.
