- 💻 What are your responsibilities as a Principal Engineer?
I’m responsible for the technical excellence of quantilope’s platform. I provide technical and strategic guidance to the wider product organization, but I’m very much a hands-on builder as well. - 🤓What does your day-to-day look like?
Building and improving our products every day, together with our cross-functional teams. I get to code often, but I also spend a lot of time thinking, reading, and writing to empower others.

Relaunching our survey engine with significantly improved performance and better participant experience. “It’s just forms” is a massive understatement…

Solving real user problems with software, and green ticks in our software delivery pipelines. - 🚀What advice would you give to someone looking to get into engineering?
Always keep your mind with the user, avoid dogmatic approaches, and embrace repetition and practice - from fixing simple bugs to building larger solutions.
